Shipping
- Please allow 1-3 days processing time for your order to be shipped depending on availability.
- Please be aware that you cannot change orders once they are placed. You will either have to email us your order confirmation and we will deal with your order.
- To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time period we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
- Please use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect info or orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
- Standard delivery to the UK will take between 3-5 working days from when the order was made. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
HARDDRIPZ OFFICIAL are not responsible for any delay in delivery due to events such as labour strikes etc.

RETURNS:
Please email us if you require a return so we can make sure it is dealt with correctly. Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same conditions that you received it in. Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged for a reason, not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
